The Storage Code was prepared to provide requesting Shippers with access to one or more storage services offered by the Storage Company, in accordance with Article 12 Paragraph 2 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 164 of 23 May 2000.

The provisions contained in the Storage Code constitute the set of the Parties’ rights and obligations in relation to the performance of storage services on the System managed by the Storage Company. Edison Stoccaggio and the Shipper mutually undertake to comply with said rights and obligations, by virtue of the execution of the Storage Contract.

Edison Stoccaggio has prepared its own Storage Code considering the specific features of the System it manages. The storage reservoirs comprised in the System managed by Edison Stoccaggio are currently undergoing flow regulation, enhancement and development works.
