In accordance with Article 21.2 of Annex A (RAST) of the Resolution 67/2019/R/gas and based on the revenues approved by Resolution 535/2019/R/gas, Edison Stoccaggio publishes here below storage service charges valid from 01/04/2022.

Charges

As set out by Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente in the article 11 of Annex A (RTSG) of Resolution 419/2019/R/gas, Edison Stoccaggio publishes here below charges as "Corrispettivo a copertura del contributo compensativo per il mancato utilizzo alternativo del territorio" (charge for the compensatory contribution for the non-alternative use of the land), applied to assigned space.

REAL GUARANTEE TO THIRD PARTIES

According to articles 5.9.4 and 5.9.5 of Code of Storage, each Customer has the right to set up a real guarantee on the gas in favour of third parties:

• Max quantity admitted for T.Y. 2022-2023;
• Contratto per il servizio di deposito irregolare di gas in garanzia;
• Richiesta di aumento del gas in garanzia;
• Richiesta di diminuzione del gas in garanzia;
• Richiesta di recesso dal contratto per il servizio di deposito irregolare di gas in garanzia;
• Modulo di escussione del gas in garanzia.

Con riferimento alla costituzione, nella forma del pegno irregolare, di Gas a Garanzia a favore del Responsabile del Bilanciamento depositato presso gli stoccaggi della società Edison Stoccaggio, si informa che ai fini della gestione del Gas a Garanzia che potrebbe entrare nella titolarità del Responsabile del Bilanciamento a seguito dell’escussione dei volumi di gas in stoccaggio precedentemente oggetto di pegno, nelle more della finalizzazione delle attività di coordinamento tra il Responsabile del Bilanciamento e tutte le Imprese di Stoccaggio ai fini dell’aggiornamento dei rispettivi Codici, in luogo delle previsioni di cui al capitolo 5, paragrafo 5.9.5 del predetto Codice di Stoccaggio saranno applicate tra il Responsabile del Bilanciamento e Edison Stoccaggio modalità, condivise con ARERA, idonee a minimizzare il rischio di eventuali oneri in capo al sistema.
