From October 2024 the access to Escomas is available with authentication through the MFA (Multi Factor Authenticator) function.

See the procedure to download an app on your smartphone to uniquely associate a single device with each user.

- user locked;

- password locked;

- problems with the procedure for “forgotten password”;

- deleting of the account on the smartphone, the re-configuration of the MFA (the current user will be disabled and will be created a new user with the same email linked but a different login).

The access with the Admin user (Registry/Request) allows you to create new users and/or change the permission of the existing users.

From the website it is possible to download the declaration of IT Access for Admin/Short Term/Logistica/Backoffice to upload into ESCoMaS to complete the creation of a new user with Admin, Short Term or Logistics role.
