Communication to Customers of Modulazione di Punta and Modulazione a Punte Costanti

Due to the meteorological conditions in Emilia Romagna, our San Potito & Cotignola’s plant is not able to guarantee the full operation.

Therefore, according to article 17.6.2 letter a) of Code of Storage, Edison Stoccaggio notify to all Customers the continuation of the FORCE MAJEURE that caused an emergency of service, and the effect is in the gas day 20 May 2023 (already communicated) and in the gas day 21 May 2023.

Due to this:

- in the gas day 20 May 2023 the reduction of daily available injection capacity of the hub is equal to 25% (already communicated);

- in the gas day 21 May 2023 the reduction of daily available injection capacity of the hub is equal to 20%.

According to above sentence, it will be possible to insert nomination and renomination not over the capacity recalculated in proportion of the above percentage. The Escomas system and the data are updated following this reduction.

Based on the information available in 19 May 2023 we inform you that the end of the force majeure will be at the end of the gas day 21 May 2023 and the overall contractual injection capacity will be available since the gas day 22 May 2023.

In case of necessity we’ll inform you as soon as possible.

In 19 May 2023 the communication of force majeure informed the Customers that in the gas days 19 and 20 May 2023 the reduction of daily available injection capacity of the hub is equal to 25%.

In 17 May 2023 the communication of force majeure informed the Customers that:

- in the gas day 17 May 2023 the reduction of daily available injection capacity of the hub is equal to 10%;

- and in the gas day 18 May 2023 the reduction of daily available injection capacity of the hub is equal to 20%.
