Edison Stoccaggio S.p.A.’s system relies on the coordinated, optimised use of three storage reservoirs (Collalto, Cellino, S. Potito and Cotignola) under storage concession granted by the Ministry of Economic Development. The aforesaid storage sites are currently undergoing flow regulation, enhancement and development works carried out adopting the most up to date technical and economic criteria.

The storage sites are located as follows:

• Cellino site, in Abruzzo (Teramo province)
• Collalto site, in Veneto (Treviso province)
• San Potito and Cotignola sites, in Emilia Romagna (Ravenna province)

The site of Cellino is interconnected with the transport network owned by S.G.I. S.p.A., which in turn is interconnected with the Snam Rete Gas transport system. The San Potito and Cotignola site is interconnected with the Snam Rete Gas transport system; The Collalto site is interconnected with the transport network owned by Snam Rete Gas and with the transport network owned by S.G.I. S.p.A.
